Elisabeth’s creative journey began in a world rich with artistic influence, surrounded by renowned writers and painters who shaped her path from an early age. This foundation led her to a distinguished career in design, first as an interior designer in the prestigious Place de la Madeleine in Paris, and later as the creative force behind the luxury brand Marquise Paris, where she designed bold handbags and silk scarves for an international clientele.

While her success in the world of high design was significant, her search for ultimate creative expression led her to a new medium. In painting, Elisabeth discovered a profound sense of freedom—a direct and unfiltered way to translate her vision into reality.

The Art of Power and Light
Now working from her sun-drenched studio in Marrakech, Elisabeth creates sculptural wall pieces inspired by warrior-like ornamental traditions.
She draws from the potent symbolism found in ceremonial headdresses, the intricate geometry of sacred patterns, and the silent power of symbolic architecture. These historical emblems of strength and identity are reborn through her contemporary lens.

Her process is a testament to innovation and craftsmanship. Each piece is meticulously hand-painted in relief on Plexiglas, using a unique technique the artist developed herself. This method allows for a magnetic interplay between light-reflective surfaces and richly textured forms.
The result is artwork that seems to live and breathe, commanding not only visual fascination but also awakening a deep, almost instinctive desire to touch.
